I gotta tell ya, I love cheese! What would you expect? My mother was
Swiss-German. Her father was a cheese maker. She ate Limberger with vinegar and thinly sliced onions, chased
down a few cold beers. I'd buy a brick of Limberger from the Cheese People, but they only sell it in 2.5 lb blocks.
It would take a long time to eat that much Limberger cheese.
Anyway, I buy cheese from these guys frequently.
I've sent my sister and brother cheese from here for Christmas and for their birthdays. They too love these cheeses.
